Parent Contract
The following are
_____ A registration fee of $10.00 is required for each child enrolled in the program each school year.
_____ A deposit equal to one week’s tuition will be required for
each child enrolled in the program. This
deposit will be applied to tuition for the last week my child attends
_____ All tuition is due in advance. The “No Pay – No Stay” policy will be strictly
enforced. Tuition is due by Wednesday
at
_____ Tuition is a weekly
fee. Tuition is not reduced when a
child only attends a partial week. The
tuition is pro-rated only when
_____ Parents who pay a reduced tuition rate (school staff discount, OCPS scholarship co-pay, or agency co-pay) are financially responsible for their portion of the weekly tuition in advance. A student may be withdrawn from the program for nonpayment of tuition.
_____ When
a parent no longer meets the criteria for reduced tuition (4-C eligibility
expires, OCPS scholarship is terminated, or no longer qualifies for staff
discount) they will be responsible for full tuition in advance. A student may be withdrawn from the program
for nonpayment of tuition.
_____ If a child is enrolled
in the morning and the afternoon program, that is a “package deal,” and they will be charged the rate for am/pm, even if the child
does not attend both sessions. If a
