2nd Grade Supply List

All required school supplies (with the exception of pencils and paper) are provided by the Orange County School System.  However, teachers often request that parents donate a variety of other materials if they would like to do so.  The following supplies are suggested by teachers at different grade levels.
 


*Backpack (no wheels)

*(2) Boxes of Crayons (24 count)

*(1) Pair of Fiskars scissors

*(2) Glue Sticks (solid)

*(2) Large Rubber Erasers

*(1) 1-inch binder

*(1) Spiral Wide Ruled Notebook (1 subject)

*(4) Composition Notebooks (black and white)

(1) 12-inch ruler

(2) Packs of Wide Ruled Notebook Paper

(2) 2 pocket/3 prong folders
(1 red, 1 blue)

(1) package of copy paper

(3) Packs of No. 2 Pencils (12 count)

(1) Hand-Held pencil sharpener with a lid

(3) Large Boxes of Tissues

(1) Box or jar of Wet Wipes

(2) Bottles of Regular Liquid Hand Soap

(3) Bottles of Regular Liquid Hand Soap

Boys: Quart Size Ziploc Bags

Girls: Gallon Size Bags

2 sets of inexpensive headphones

Note: Please write your child's name on all of the items with a * next to them. Some items may need to be replaced during the year as they run out. Individual teachers may request additional items.
